Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use Posiro. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for the photos you upload, prompts you submit, generated images you export, and how you publish or distribute those images. You must follow our Content Policy and all applicable laws. You may not use Posiro to generate NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, nude, pornographic, non-consensual, or abusive content.
Rights and ownership
You keep rights you already hold in your uploaded materials. Subject to these terms and your payment status, you may use generated images for lawful personal brand and commercial promotional purposes. You must have permission from any person depicted in uploaded references.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout. Credits may expire at the end of a billing period unless a plan states otherwise. We may change plans or pricing with notice.
Service availability
AI generation can be affected by provider queues, prompt safety systems, storage limits, or outages. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed.
