We may collect account details, email address, billing status, uploaded reference photos, prompts, generated images, usage records, support messages, and technical data such as device, browser, and log information.
How we use information
We use information to provide the product, train private user-requested character models, generate images, process payments, prevent abuse, enforce our policies, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.
Model and image handling
Reference photos and private trained models are used to provide the service to the account owner. Posiro does not sell user reference photos. Generated images remain available in the user's library unless deleted or removed for policy reasons.
Service providers
We may use cloud hosting, database, storage, AI infrastructure, analytics, advertising measurement, session replay, email, and payment providers to operate Posiro, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Microsoft Clarity to understand visitor behavior and improve the product. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to us.
