This policy explains cancellation, refund, and credit handling for Posiro subscriptions.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Refund window

If you paid for a new subscription and have not trained a character or used more than 25 image credits, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@posiro.com.

Non-refundable usage

Completed character training, generated image credits, one-time onboarding services, and accounts suspended for policy violations are generally not refundable because compute costs are incurred immediately.

Failed generation

If a generation fails because of a platform error and credits were charged, contact support. We may restore credits or provide another reasonable remedy.
