Allowed use
You may use Posiro to generate safe creator images, profile photos, social images, editorial-style portraits, lifestyle photos, and other lawful promotional content using references that you own or are authorized to use.
Reference photo requirements
- You must own the rights to the uploaded photos or have written permission from the person shown.
- You may not upload photos of minors or people who cannot consent.
- You may not upload images of celebrities, public figures, private individuals, or customers unless you have clear authorization.
- Group photos, stolen images, hidden-camera images, and images obtained without consent are not allowed.
Disallowed generated content
- Sexual or explicit content, nudity, fetish content, and pornographic material.
- Non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation, harassment, humiliation, or abusive edits.
- Content involving minors, age ambiguity, exploitation, coercion, or unsafe situations.
- Political deception, medical claims, financial deception, fraud, scams, or illegal activity.
- Trademark infringement, misleading endorsements, or content that implies a person supports a product without permission.
Enforcement
We may block prompts, remove generated images, suspend accounts, or terminate access when this policy is violated. Users are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publishing them.
